You and your children will carry the consequences of immorality. By God's grace it's not a life sentence, however we as fallen man will often make decisions (in the flesh), not thinking about the possible long lasting effects. This does not nullify our confession & forgiveness, nor the love of God, however it also doesn't erase the consequances of our actions...
